- We ensure secure, leak-proof, and hygienic packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Customers will be notified in case of any unexpected delays.
- Bulk and wholesale orders may have different dispatch timelines, which will be communicated in advance.
Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we follow a transparent return policy.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, leaked, or incorrect products.
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or refund.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- We are not responsible for damages caused due to improper handling after delivery.
